July Outdoor Tour Event (family friendly!)
Location: Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District Office

Bring the whole family out on the evening of Wednesday, July 23 to tour a facility that was designed inside and out to reflect the importance of appreciating and caring for the environment, consistent with the Watershed District’s goals. Learn about the construction and operation of the green features of this building, how elements of the grounds and facility were planned to draw attention to the natural world, and network with others working in the environmental field. The tour will include activities appropriate for youth ages 6 and up. A picnic dinner will be served outside, or inside if the weather is inclement.

Schedule:
5:30 pm Registration
5:35 pm The first tour gets underway, with an additional tour departing as people arrive
6:15 pm Picnic dinner and networking as the first tour finishes
Costs: $10 for students, $12 for members, $18 for non-members.
Special deal: Bring a guest for only $8 more. You pay the full price and only $8 for each guest you bring.

Parking: The parking lot at the watershed office is available for those attending the event. Overflow parking is available across the street at the City of Little Canada city hall.
Bus to the Event: Please consider taking public transit to the event. You can find a bus route by using the Metro Transit online trip planner.
