Location: Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden
The Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden is located in Theodore Wirth Regional Park, Minneapolis, MN
Description: Join the FWEF for a visit at the Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden & Bird Sanctuary, the nation's oldest public wildflower garden. An experienced naturalist will guide us through the garden, leading us into activities, such as a scavenger hunt. Bring binoculars for bird watching and viewing wildflowers & insects up close. Don't forget your camera! Aunties and uncles bring along your nieces and nephews. Grandparents bring grandkids. Parents bring kids. Neighbors bring neighbors! A light dinner is included.
Time: 5:30-7:00pm
Costs: The pricing for this event works great for people bringing along kids!
$12 for members and students (includes a meal)
$18 for non-members (includes a meal)
$10 for additional attendees and kids aged 3 and up (includes a meal)
$5 for kids 3-12 not eating (no meal)
FREE for kids 3 and under (no meal)
Meeting Location: Meet us for dinner first at Wirth Beach off Glenwood Ave in Minneapolis. Naturalists will guide us from there to the garden. See attachment for map & directions.
